How do I care for my DirecLink?

We recommend that when you DirecLink is not in use, store the command module in a place out of direct sunlight, high heat, and high humidity. If you're not using it for an extended period of time, we recommend powering your unit on at least once per month to maintain the OLED screen on the command module.

The product I purchased didn't work with my vehicle. How can I process a return?

How do I know what size valve stem I need for the TPMS System?

Generally trailers with tires 16" or less take the .453 size and larger tires over 16" take the .625 size. Please contact us if you need additional help.
