Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders of 1-5 units will ship within 1-2 business days. Please inquire for an estimated time on larger orders.

 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship worldwide via many different carriers (which you can choose from during check out). We no longer offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and other Oceania locations from this site. Head over to Tuson Australia and get it quicker and without any customs processing.

Q: How can I find the correct wiring harness to use with the DirecLink on my vehicle?

A: You can view our interactive Wiring Harness Guide or download a PDF version of our wiring harness guide here

 

Q: How do I care for my DirecLink?

A: We recommend that when you DirecLink is not in use, store the command module in a place out of direct sunlight, high heat, and high humidity. If you're not using it for an extended period of time, we recommend powering your unit on at least once per month to maintain the OLED screen on the command module.

Q: How do I know what size valve stem I need for the TPMS System?

A: Generally trailers with tires 16" or less take the .453 size and larger tires over 16" take the .625 size. Please contact us if you need additional help.
