However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full or partial refund (please note: shipping fees not included). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund.
- 1) You will receive a 100% refund of the item's purchase price AND free shipping label for the 48 contiguous U.S. states if the item is returned within the return policy window, found to be a defective item (no fault of the customer), the wrong item shipped, and unopened or opened item is in new or original condition as when shipped to customer.
- 2) You will receive a 100% refund of the item's purchase price, if the item is not compatible or satisfactory to the customer, is returned within the return policy window, and is unopened or opened item in new or original condition as shipped to customer.
- 3) You may receive a 75% or less refund of the item's purchase price if the item is returned within the return policy window, and the item is not new or in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, or showing signs of obvious misuses not due to Tuson RV Brakes error.
For warranty-related returns, customers will also need to obtain an RMA form. After completing and submitting an RMA form to firstname.lastname@example.org, our Customer Service team will determine if your product is under warranty or not and provide you with an RMA number.
Important: Do not open the Tuson RV Brakes Product unless expressly asked by Tuson RV Brakes in writing. Opening the Tuson RV Brakes Product may cause damage that is not covered by this Warranty. Only Tuson RV Brakes should perform service on this Tuson RV Brakes Product.
WHAT WILL TUSON RV BRAKES DO IN THE EVENT THE WARRANTY IS BREACHED?
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Tuson RV Brakes in accordance with Tuson RV Brakes' warranty policy, Tuson RV Brakes will, at its option:
(i) repair the Tuson RV Brakes Product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,
(ii) replace the Tuson RV Brakes Product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
(iii) exchange the Tuson RV Brakes Product for a refund of your purchase price if within the return period and purchased from the Tuson RV Brakes' Online Retail Store. To exchange the Tuson RV Brakes Product for a refund of your purchase price from an authorized vendor, the product will need to be returned within the authorized vendor's return period and is subject to their return policies.
Tuson RV Brakes may request that you replace certain Tuson RV Brakes parts or products. A replacement part or Tuson RV Brakes Product, including a part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Tuson RV Brakes, assumes the remaining term of the Warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a Tuson RV Brakes Product or part is replaced or a refund is provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes Tuson RV Brakes 's property.
Tuson RV Brakes is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info, please make sure your address is correct before placing your order as we will not be responsible. Shipping is a service you purchase from DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or the carrier of your choosing along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier you have chosen.
ALL ITEMS SHIP VIA DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, OR THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOOSING. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please note that this does NOT change the processing time! It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. Delivery carriers pick up packages at our location at certain times of the day. Any orders received after those pick-up times will be (picked up) the next day.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, OR THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOOSING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued due to products installed incorrectly or damaged.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPERS’ FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE LIST ITEMS AS IS AND WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT SHIPPED. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT.
